• Billing information — name, address, and country (optional, provided voluntarily for receipts)
• Usage data — indicators generated, plan usage, and login history
• Payment data — transaction IDs and payment confirmations (we do not store card numbers; payments are processed by PayPal and Stripe)
• Technical data — browser type, IP address, and cookies (see Cookie Policy below)

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain your account and subscription
• To process payments and send receipts
• To send important account notifications (subscription renewal reminders, payment issues)
• To improve our service and fix technical issues

Your data is stored securely on our servers. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt — we never store plain-text passwords. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorised access.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data and generated indicators are permanently removed from our systems.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• PayPal — for processing subscription payments (PayPal Privacy Policy)
• Stripe — for processing card payments (Stripe Privacy Policy)
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — for generating indicator code. Your prompts are sent to the Anthropic API but are not stored by us beyond what is needed to generate your indicator.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion — delete your account and all associated data via the Account tab, or by emailing us
• Portability — request your data in a portable format
• Objection — object to certain types of data processing
